Paella
On request we prepare this traditional Spanish dish, made with all affection by our employees. We left it well stuffed with equal amounts due to gastronomic trauma, we couldn't let it go that we put 2 VG shrimp per person.
We have 3 size options:
6 people - 32 cm Ø
8 people - 40 cm Ø
10 people - 50 cm Ø
Sashimi
This traditional dish in Japanese cuisine is very famous around the world. It can be found here at Ocean Six. Our fishmongers are trained to cut sashimi in a unique way, not too thin to be able to taste the flavor of the fish.
And we assemble the dish to the customer's taste.
Three types of fish are used here:
Salmon;
Tuna fish;
Saint Peter.
We have the option to select the fish and prepare it on time, check availability.
Moqueca
A classic of Brazilian cuisine, the moqueca has two different ways of making it, here we prepare the Bahian fashion.
a very variable dish, as we use the fish of the day, and some customers choose not to include seafood.
This dish has the minimum order:
6 people, and can be adapted for up to 8 people.
Grilled
Our kitchen has the main equipment for a more uniform cooking and an incomparable gratin.
Many of the techniques used in our daily lives were developed through all these years of history.
The grilled and roasted dishes are unique, each in its own way, therefore, all under consultation.
